Combina elementos de várias disciplinas de Hatha Yoga para criar uma prática fluída que se adapta às tuas atividades semanais. As nossas posturas são dinâmicas, com o objetivo de melhorar a flexibilidade, força, estabilidade e equilíbrio, ao mesmo tempo que promovem a calma mental e a recuperação física.
A capacidade máxima das aulas é de 15 pessoas.
