1. PAYMENTS

1.1. The payment plans presented are for payments made through any of the payment methods described above, between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
1.2. The amounts may be updated on the first day of each calendar year, using the INE inflation index.

2. COMMITMENT PERIOD AND CHANGE REQUESTS

2.1 The monthly group lesson plans – 3 and 6 times a week – imply a 3-month commitment. Failure to comply will result in new membership conditions if the athlete wishes to return.
2.2. All requests for changes (changes to the number of training sessions, suspensions or cancellations of services) must be communicated by the 20th of the previous month. If there is no communication of the intention to change or cancel, new membership conditions may be presented when the athlete returns. 2.3. The pack of 5 classes is valid for 1 month, and the pack of 10 classes is valid for 2 months.

3. RULES AND REGULATIONS

3.1. The use of the studio will only be allowed to SQUAD athletes when accompanied by their Personal Trainer or Group Class Coach and when their monthly payments settled.
3.2. The impossibility of attending the studio for reasons beyond the control of SQUAD does not justify any return, compensation or reimbursement of any amount to the athlete.
3.3. Any act of indiscipline, lack of respect or non-compliance with the rules will result in the annulment of this agreement established between SQUAD and the respective athlete.
3.4. The use of a towel is mandatory in personalized training sessions.
3.5. The Internal Regulation must be taken into account and respected.

4. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

4.1. Personal accident insurance has a deductible of €75 (seventy-five and fifty cents) borne by the athlete at the time of activation.

5. RULES FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND

5.1. Cancellation for Health or Injury Reasons: If you cannot continue attending Squad due to health or injury reasons, you can cancel the contract without penalty, as long as you present a medical certificate. If you have already paid for a long plan (six-monthly or annual), the gym must refund the amount corresponding to the unused period, after validation and confirmation of the health or injury reason.

5.2. Change of residence: If you have moved to a different area (usually more than 30 km), you can ask to cancel the contract and refund the amount paid in advance. To do this, you will have to present proof of your tax residence in Portugal.

5.3. Reimbursement for Extra Services (Classes, Personal Trainer): If you have booked extra classes or services, such as a personal trainer, and have already used them, there are usually no refunds.
However, you can reschedule or get a credit if you notify the gym in advance (usually 24 to 48 hours before your session).
With the exception of trial classes that can only be changed once and the amount is not refunded.

5.4. Cancellation and Refund Procedures
To request cancellation, you must:
• Send a written request (by email or letter) to geral@squadporto.com or Rua da Boavista 410, 4050-103 Porto.
• Include your full name, reason for cancellation and the necessary documents (medical certificate, proof of residence, etc.).
• Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

6. TERM OF RESPONSIBILITY

I declare that I have read the general conditions of the agreement written here in full, as well as assume the special obligation to ensure in advance that I do not have any contraindication for the practice of the activity that I am proposing to start for the purposes of the provisions of law nº 5/2007 of 16 de Janeiro (Basic Law of Physical Activity and Sport).
